Optimum came together once again to convert a crew conference in Manila, Philippines, on 26th and 27th of October 2017.

The purpose of the crew conference was to familiarize our crew with the company’s policies, core values latest topics and updates in the shipping industry, while at the same time to enhance their safety and environmental awareness. Throughout the conference and presentations, discussions and ideas were exchanged creating an atmosphere of interest and awareness. Following the presentations a dinner with live music was arranged for better bonding and entertainment. By taking this opportunity to interact, share experiences, listen and share thoughts and ideas with each other and with our representatives, another successful Crew Conference has been completed successfully. Our efforts are combined with the seafarers towards expanding Optimum as a leading shipping company.
